This project explores the balance between aesthetics and functionality in architectural design. The assignment involved redesigning an existing bridge to accommodate a 30' x 40' opening for water traffic, requiring thoughtful integration of structural performance and visual form.

This project involves designing an addition to the Smith House, built in 1965 by architect Richard Meier. The new design respects the original style by studying and incorporating its existing features, while adding new elements to meet the homeowners’ current needs.

This project focuses on designing a non-denominational chapel at Farmingdale State College—a peaceful space for worship and reflection open to all faiths. The design emphasizes creative use of natural light to enhance both function and atmosphere.
